Trinity Art Studios and Art Craft Studios join forces for a weekend of creativity, featuring painting, drawing, and pottery by the Thames in Orchard Dry Dock.
Saturday 18 July - 1.5hr workshops starting at 12pm, 2pm, & 4pm
Sunday 19 July - 1.5hr workshops starting at 10:30am, 12:30pm, & 2:30pm

Painting & Drawing with Trinity Art Studios
Join Trinity Art Studios for this beginner-friendly drawing & painting workshop where you’ll draw & paint from observing the scenic environment of the inspirational River Thames, O2 Arena, boats at Trinity Buoy Wharf and buildings of Goodluck Hope.
We’ll guide you on how to use mediums such as acrylic & oil paint to create your own unique painting on canvas to take home.
Throughout the session, you'll have the chance to follow your inspiration and enjoy the process of making art. You’ll learn to observe and appreciate the world around you with greater visual appreciation. All the materials you need will be provided, so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience without any worries.
By the end of the workshop, you will not only have created your own unique artwork to take home but will also have gained a new perspective on your own creative potential, leaving with fresh skills and insights to continue your artistic practice.

Pottery with Art Craft Studios
Join Art Craft Studios for a relaxing, family-friendly pottery workshop at the Dock, where you’ll get stuck into the joy of hand-building your own pottery.
You’ll learn fundamental techniques including pinching, coiling, sculpting and surface decoration, with friendly demonstrations and support throughout.
No experience is needed — this workshop is all about playing with clay, getting creative and making something totally unique. We’ll be using decorative clay, so your artworks are best made as decorative treasures. You can create whatever inspires you, from a plant pot to a trinket dish, decorative bowl, keepsake or quirky sculpture.
Decorative clay dries naturally, so you’ll be able to take your creation home on the day — and don’t worry, we’ll provide a box to help carry it safely. Once it’s dry, you can paint and decorate it at home using your own paints, adding the final touches in your own time before proudly displaying your unique handmade artwork.
